St. Patrick's Day is subsequent Thursday, but the festivities truly kick off on Saturday, with the yearly Tub Blarney Times parade. Only in its 3rd year, Blarney Times has turn out to be a bona fide occasion for the Metropolis of Ships. Unique to the Bath parade are the Pub Scouts, a kazoo band with headquarters at Byrnes Irish Pub.
